This two-hour hike to Mirador Cuernos is one of the easiest and most exceptional in Torres del Paine National Park.
After just a few minutes’ walk, we reach the impressive turquoise-blue Salto Grande waterfall located between Lake Nordenskjöld and Lake Pehoe. We continue our hike, following a beautiful and easily accessible path along Lake Nordenskjöld. Not far from the trail, we spot a group of guanacos. They don’t seem bothered by our presence and play in the grass.
Moving forward, we make our way to Mirador Cuernos. From here, we are treated to a panoramic view of the breathtaking mountain landscape of Torres del Paine National Park, with its sharp-edged peaks, the famous Cuernos del Paine – Horns of Paine. We take a moment to appreciate the view before heading back.
